The whole thing was frustrating. I reached out expecting at least a decent response time, but the replies were so slow that I kept wondering if anyone was actually checking the messages. And when they finally did respond, it wasn’t even helpful. Like, what’s the point of waiting that long if the answer doesn’t actually solve anything? Just not a great experience.

I ordered takeout from Olga's Kitchen the other night, and while the food itself was good, the packaging was a bit of a letdown.
